I stumbled across this today while scratching around on MSDN. There's usually always a debate on how to architect your information on SharePoint. These can help! I downloaded and ran through the second web cast and its pretty good.

3. Architecting MOSS based Solutions for Internet facing Websites 
In this Web cast, we focus on how internet facing websites are built using the MOSS platform.
We discuss about the foundation of the MOSS architecture, design decisions, development process and deployment. We would also point out a few tips of the trade and best practices.

Finally the case study talks about how Infosys Implemented MOSS 2007 to create an Internet facing Website for one of the leading Airlines Company. This Website is highly content driven with online ticket booking feature interfacing with couple of 3rd parties. Search is also a key feature of this implementation
